Lately I've been working on a lot of different comics and comics-related things, but haven't actually been drawing comics very much. So I got a new sketchbook that will be only comics, and I'm going to try to hit it every day like a stone routine psycho. Not a journal of the boring-ass details of everyday life though. No way. This thing is gonna have mutant romance, mayhem and, uh, churros. So brace yourself for sketchy, square comics.Other stuff going on: My comic "Twilight of the Sea Cow" is in issue 34.1 of Black Warrior Review literary magazine. I haven't seen the magazine yet, but I hear it's very nice. I did an illustration for a downloadable reading of a Shel Silverstein poem at Daytrotter. I have more of those squid/whale t-shirts I designed a while back, but haven't put them for sale online yet. I'm working on a big project that involves that. More details soon. -- Josh Nerd corner:
